Two additional suspects, Davion Murphy, 27, and Rashad Murphy, 30, are still at large and also face murder charges.
Three other people were injured but survived the attack. Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw revealed that detectives used CCTV footage, license plate readers, and phone logs to identify the suspects.
The attackers are believed to be affiliated with the ATK and Twelve Hundred gangs, which coordinated the attack against Jones, a member of the Six Block Gang.
Before his death, Julio Foolio had posted on Instagram about his birthday celebrations and mentioned police interference.
He had recently expressed concerns about multiple attempts on his life and was known for his open discussion of gang affiliations.
