Entertainment critic and event organiser, Kwaku Osei Koranteng Asiedu, known as KOKA, claims he is the reason behind the success of Ghanaian artist King Paluta’s song “Makoma.”

During a discussion on Asempa FM’s ‘Asempa Showbiz Review,’ KOKA mentioned that his remarks about the song spurred many people to listen to it.
KOKA believes his influence has boosted the song’s views and listenership on digital platforms, surpassing a million.

He noted that after his comments, the song’s digital streams significantly increased. KOKA stated that his words made people pay more attention to the song, suggesting that even those who dislike him are listening more to prove him wrong.
Additionally, KOKA recently apologized to King Paluta for some offensive remarks he had made about the artist.
In a social media video, KOKA admitted that his comments were inappropriate and clarified that his primary goal was to support the longevity and success of artists like King Paluta in the Ghanaian music industry.
