In an interview on Hitz FM on July 22, 2024, KK Fosu expressed his frustration with bloggers and critics who have accused him of neglecting his duties.

He revealed that he was still recovering from the accident and was upset that no one checked on him during his recovery.

“None of the bloggers called me to check on me, yet they bashed me for not attending John Claude’s funeral. They do not care about the living; they only care about the dead,” KK Fosu said.

He stressed that both he and his colleague Bless were still undergoing treatment for their injuries and that attending the funeral was not feasible under the circumstances.

KK Fosu, visibly emotional, explained that he and Bless had composed a song in memory of John Claude just three days after being hospitalized. He criticized bloggers for failing to support the funeral and instead choosing to criticize him.

“Even on our 3rd day after I was hospitalized, we composed a song for the boy. Because nobody knows about John Claude. All those trying to rope me into this situation. How many of you people know about John Claude?” he said.

Addressing one of his critics, George Britton, directly, KK Fosu remarked, “George Britton, don’t be a fool to be writing that you are disappointed in me. Am I your rank?”
