Inaki expressed his pride on social media, calling out, “Vamoss Nico Williams. I am so proud of you,” and acknowledged Nico’s exceptional performance by saying, “Just another day at the office.”

England managed to level the score in the 73rd minute with a goal from Cole Palmer. Yet, Mikel Oyarzabal secured Spain’s victory with a late winner.
Nico Williams Jr. now joins Marcel Desailly as the second player of Ghanaian descent to win the European Championship.
