According to a close source who spoke anonymously to Vanguard, the maid recounted that Imudia had given her a note with five phone numbers, including that of his brother in the US, advising her to keep them for future use.
She mentioned he then went to shower, but after a while, when the water continued running, she grew concerned and knocked on the bathroom door with no response.
Later, alerted by a guard, she found Imudia in distress downstairs, while the shower remained on with no one inside upon her return.

The family, as reported by the source, has requested Imudia’s body for burial, with a recent statement from them refuting suicide as the cause of death.
They stated Imudia displayed no signs of stress or depression. The State Criminal Investigative Department in Yaba, Lagos, has taken over the investigation into the incident.
Imudia’s sudden passing has left many saddened and searching for answers, with investigations ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
