Hajia4Reall’s legal team has requested a three-month sentence, emphasizing her role as a single mother and the necessity of her presence in her child’s life.
However, the US Attorney’s Office has argued for the full 37-month term, citing similar cases and emphasizing the need for a proper deterrent to others.

Hajia4Reall named the father of her daughter, Loveman Allison, as the person who introduced her to internet fraud.

Hajia4Reall faces multiple charges, including conspiracy to commit wire fraud, money laundering conspiracy, money laundering, receipt of stolen money, and conspiracy to receive stolen money.
These charges carry significant prison sentences, with the receipt of stolen money carrying a potential 10-year sentence and conspiracy to receive stolen cash carrying a five-year term.
