According to media reports, Manchester United is currently in advanced talks with Joshua Zirkzee, who is seeking a four to five-year contract.
However, if negotiations with Manchester United does not fall through, Liverpool might step in, with manager Arne Slot showing appreciation for Joshua Zirkzee’s talents.

Despite struggling at Bayern Munich, Joshua Zirkzee had an impressive 2023/2024 season with Bologna, scoring 11 goals in 34 Serie A appearances and helping the club qualify for the Champions League.
Liverpool, with established forwards like Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, and Mo Salah, could still be interested in Joshua Zirkzee for his aerial presence, link-up play, movement, and ambidexterity.
Joshua Zirkzee’s release clause is reportedly €40m which is quite okay for Liverpool to pay as they seek to further improve the attacking side of their team.
