Ghanaian artiste Amerado has addressed speculation surrounding his relationship with media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, asserting that their connection is purely platonic.

The ‘Kwaku Ananse’ artiste debunked rumors of a romantic involvement during a conversation with Kwaku Manu, emphasizing that their bond revolves around mutual support in their respective careers.
“Our relationship is strictly professional and supportive. There’s no romantic involvement between us. People have misunderstood our friendship,” Amerado stated in Twi.
He dismissed claims about him getting Delay pregnant, clarifying that their interactions are normal and grounded in friendship. He highlighted the respect and appreciation they have for each other’s work.
“When I visit her, I assist with chores like washing dishes. There’s no truth to the gossip that suggests otherwise,” Amerado added.
Delay, born Deloris Frimpong Manso on June 24, 1982, has built her career as a prominent radio host and media personality known for her outspoken style. Despite her public persona, she maintains a private personal life, rarely discussing her relationships or family in public.
