During an appearance on the Dressed To Confess Podcast, Denola Grey discussed the significant differences between marriages in the past and those in the 21st century.

He pointed out that the pressure from parents often leads their children into unhappy marriages.

Denola argued that many of today’s parents are themselves trapped in marriages that resemble ‘slavery,’ resulting in their own unhappiness. He believes this pressure contributes to their children’s misfortunes in marriage.

“When will you fix your marriage or your wig, how about that? I don’t know why they are so obsessed because a lot of them are not in happy marriages, especially the older generations. You want me to just meet someone and marry them and be managing them. I hate slavery!” he stated.

He insisted that when he decides to settle down, it will be with a partner he genuinely loves, not someone he merely tolerates.
