Four Dead, others Injured In Abuja-Keffi Trailer Accident

Tragedy struck the Abuja-Keffi highway when a trailer’s brake system failed, resulting in a catastrophic accident that claimed the lives of four people and left several others injured. The incident occurred as the driver lost control of the vehicle while descending Kugbo Hill.

The out-of-control trailer wreaked havoc as it smashed into multiple vehicles before finally coming to a halt, causing extensive damage along the way. The impact of the collision was so severe that a Honda Accord was completely crushed, leaving dismembered bodies and body parts scattered at the scene.

Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officials, along with sympathizers, faced a harrowing task as they worked tirelessly to retrieve the remains of the victims from the wreckage. The scene was one of utter devastation, with significant damage to several vehicles involved in the accident.

The FRSC officials coordinated the rescue efforts, managing the chaotic aftermath and providing aid to the injured.
