Justin Timberlake was taken into custody at 12:37 AM EDT for traffic violations in his grey BMW, including not stopping at a stop sign and veering off to the wrong side of the road, as per the official charges.
When the police approached him, they noticed Timberlake had red, watery eyes and his breath smelled strongly of alcohol. His speech was also slow, and he didn’t do well on the field sobriety tests given by the officers.
