In the video, Biden and former President Barack Obama are seen waving and smiling as they receive a standing ovation in the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
Biden applauds and gives the audience a thumbs up, but then he stops moving and stares for several long seconds.
It is at this point that Obama notices what is happening and takes Biden by the wrist, gently pushing him along. After this, Biden appears to snap out of his frozen state.
