Atalanta has officially signed 23-year-old Belgian forward Charles De Ketelaere on a permanent basis from AC Milan, following a successful loan spell in Bergamo.

Atalanta announced the completion of the transfer on Saturday on their social media platforms while AC Milan also announced the departure of De Ketelaere on their social media platforms.
De Ketelaere has been a revelation for Atalanta since joining on loan from Milan last summer.

Charles De Ketelaere played a pivotal role in an impressive season for Atalanta, scoring 14 goals and providing 11 assists.
De Ketelaere contributions helped Atalanta secure their first major trophy in 61 years with a triumph in the Europa League and qualify for the revamped Champions League next season.
Charles De Ketelaere’s time at AC Milan was less fruitful after a €35 million move from Club Brugge two years ago failed to bear fruits.
De Ketelaere is hoping to, once more, help Atalanta to compete for trophies this season.
