While promoting her upcoming movie, Wumi shared a video in which she mimicked Jigan’s walking style. This imitation did not sit well with Jigan, who felt it was insensitive to his condition and to others with similar disabilities.
Jigan reacted strongly, threatening legal action against Wumi. He reposted the video with a caption stating that she would need to explain her actions in court, emphasizing his determination to get justice.
In response, Wumi Toriola seemed unperturbed by Jigan’s threat. She questioned why he thought he could dominate the conversation about disabilities in the industry, pointing out that he isn’t the only person with a disability.

She dared him to take any action he deemed necessary, asserting that she was prepared for it.
Jigan, in turn, warned Wumi that she would face serious consequences once he pursued legal action. He questioned her credentials and the nature of her mockery, hinting that she had crossed a line.
The clash between the two actors has drawn significant attention, highlighting the sensitivity required when addressing disabilities. Both sides are standing firm, making it a developing story to watch.
