King Paluta, the freshly crowned New Artiste of the Year at the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards, has found himself in the limelight once again, this time for a spontaneous musical session with Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and other prominent figures.

The scene unfolded during the climax of Dr Bawumia’s tour in the Ashanti Region.
Accompanied by Dome Kwabenya MP Adwoa Sarfo, Ashanti Regional Minister Simon Osei-Mensah, and NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman Bernard Antwi Boasiako, King Paluta serenaded the group with an acapella rendition of his hit track ‘Aseda.’
The Vice President, known for his composed demeanor, couldn’t resist the infectious rhythm and enthusiastically joined in, swaying to the beat with visible excitement.

Chairman Wontumi, as Bernard Antwi Boasiako is popularly known, nodded along and sang with gusto, while MP Adwoa Sarfo showcased a few dance moves, adding to the lively atmosphere.
This impromptu performance comes hot on the heels of Dr Bawumia’s previous display of dance prowess during his Youth Connect event, where he grooved to Guru’s “Lapaz Toyota,” much to the delight of the audience.
