Bologna, the outstanding team in the Italain Serie A this season, are reportedly preparing a bid for Chelsea and Italy U21 midfielder Cesare Casadei.

Bologna, the team formerly coached by Thiago Motta, is interested in bringing the young enterprising midfielder back to Ital.
The plan of Bologna is to secure the signature of Cesare Casadei in the upcoming summer transfer window either on loan or a full transfer.

It will be very difficult for Chelsea to let Cesare Casadei leave on a permanent basis so the loan deal is most likely to happen.

Cesare Casadei completed a six-month loan at Leicester City before being called back by Chelsea during the second half of the season.
Cesare Casadei might be very interested in joining Bologna on loan next season as he will get more playing minutes as compared to him remaining at Chelsea next season.
Bologna will be competing in the UEFA Champions League for the first time next season and that will be a convincing factor to lure Casadei to join them.
