News has emerged stating that Eunice Jacqueline Asomah-Hinneh, who served as both a Council of State member and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Labianca Company Limited, has reportedly passed away.

The unfortunate incident reportedly took place today, June 11, 2024, at the International Maritime Hospital (IMAH) in Tema, Greater Accra Region.
She is known for her track record in establishing and managing a top-tier frozen food imports company and cold storage facility.
Mrs. Asomah-Hinneh has accumulated over 35 years of expertise in Product Management, New Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Partnership Development, Supplier/Vendor Relations, as well as Strategic Planning and Growth.

She established Labianca Company Ltd and successfully expanded the business from a sole proprietorship to a well-established limited liability company within a span of 7 years.
Mrs. Asomah-Hinneh holds a crucial role within the government as well.
She was elected as a member of the Council of State, representing the Western Region.
Mrs. Asomah-Hinneh, the owner of Labianca Company, serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA).
She is survived by her husband, retired Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Nana Asomah-Hinneh, who formerly served as the Tema Regional Police Commander.
