Temi Otedola had proudly announced her role as the first African Digital Ambassador for L’Oréal Paris, sparking excitement among her followers.

However, Oluchi Onweagba took to Instagram to set the record straight.

Oluchi Onweagba, widely recognized as a trailblazer in the modeling industry, shared evidence from her past collaborations with L’Oréal Paris.

Posting an old photo of herself representing the brand, she asserted her status as the first Nigerian ambassador for L’Oréal Paris, both in Nigeria and across Africa.

In her post, Oluchi subtly shaded Temi Otedola’s claim, emphasizing her own role as the true pioneer. She captioned the photo with a message indicating her confidence in being the rightful holder of the title, stating, “LEGITIMATE TBT FIRST NIGERIAN REMAINS FIRST FOREVER. NOT A LOUD SPEAKER BUT COUNT ON ME TO SHOW YOU ALL RECEIPTS.”

This direct response from Oluchi Onweagba came shortly after Temi Otedola’s announcement on social media, where she expressed her excitement and honor in being chosen as L’Oréal Paris’s African Digital Ambassador.
