Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has promised to address corruption head-on if he is allowed to lead again. According to John Dramani Mahama who has been President in the past, his new administration will not spare the rod and spoil the child.

He promises to deal with corrupt appointees of the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo administration but also persons within his administration who will be engaged in anything that jeopardizes the future of the country.

He noted that the New Patriotic Party is relentless in imposing the Vice President on the people of Ghana not because he is competent enough but rather, because he is being shoved onto the necks of the people of Ghana to cover up the rot of the current government.
John Dramani Mahama believes that the people of Ghana have seen him and will bring him to punish corrupt appointees under Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and also deal with persons who will engage in similar activities under his watch.,
“The same anti-corruption tools and Instruments I shall deploy and measure to punish the NPP government appointees will also apply to my appointees,” he said while interacting with the people of Ghana via social media.
Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama reminded the people of Ghana that he came to the position with experience from the past and a vision to build the Ghana everyone wants.
