Nigerian fashion designer Maureen Esisi disclosed that she remains “legally married” to her former husband, Blossom Chukwujekwu, as she has not yet finalized their divorce papers.

During an interview with TheHouseChronicles, Maureen shared that she initially sought a divorce in their marriage, but her former husband’s parents objected, claiming it was not in accordance with their religious beliefs.

She expressed her surprise at seeing Blossom’s parents support their son after he expressed his desire to end their marriage.
Maureen also revealed that she remains legally married to the actor because she hasn’t signed the divorce papers yet.
