Ayisi expressed deep concern over the chaos that erupted during the voter transfer process, emphasizing that such situations should not escalate to the extent of gunfire.
He highlighted the importance of a smooth voter transfer process, especially for individuals who have relocated but still need to exercise their voting rights.

Referring to a previous incident involving Member of Parliament Hawa Koomson in 2020, Ayisi clarified that she admitted to firing the gunshot herself, dispelling rumors that it was her bodyguard.
Despite Ayisi’s hope for peaceful elections in Kasoa, he acknowledged the persistent violence in the area, prompting the EC and National Security to designate it as a red zone.
He cited the challenges posed by the high number of settlers in the region and assured that security measures are being implemented to address the situation.
