Ancelotti won his fifth Champions League trophy as a manager when Real Madrid defeated Dortmund in the final on Saturday night at Wembley.
This victory makes him the only manager to win the Champions League five times, surpassing Pep Guardiola, Bob Paisley, and Zinédine Zidane, who have each won it three times.
Ancelotti is also one of only six coaches to have won the trophy with multiple teams. Having played for Italian giants AC Milan, he is one of just seven who have won as both a player and a coach.

Goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Junior secured Real Madrid’s 15th Champions League trophy on Saturday night, reinforcing their status as the competition’s most successful team.
