One of the agenda is to set up a chocolate factory to augment and add value to the abundance of cocoa in the area. Her visit took her to Cocoa Town, Ghana Nungua, Asuano, and its adjoining towns and cottages.

One of the highlights of the visit was a tour of the various cottages in Elubo. These cottages are traditional Ghanaian homes made of mud and thatch, and they provide a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the region. Samia Yaba Nkrumah was impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into building these cottages, and she praised the residents for preserving their cultural traditions.
