Popular Ghanaian actress, Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, commonly referred to as Ahuofe Patri, has revealed her reason for abstaining from attending church for a period of time.

She expressed that Christians “can be somewhat judgmental” and may overlook the true purpose of attending church.
During an interview on Joy Prime, she recounted being criticized twice for her attire while in church, expressing that she would have appreciated a warm welcome before any comments on her clothing.

“When people know you and you go to church, you know how are people are, it’s a little too much for me. It has happened to me twice where people have commented about what I was wearing.
“I felt they could have gone about it differently. I also felt we lost sight of the reason why I’m here to worship God. Maybe welcome me first,” she revealed.
