His action has ignited outrage among Nigerian citizens, as it seems that the President is not prioritizing the ongoing economic hardships in the country.
On her X page, Kate Henshaw vented her frustration about the reinstatement of the national anthem amidst widespread economic hardship and a lack of effective governance at all levels.

In a caustic tone, the actress remarked that there’s no need to fret, as reverting to a colonial anthem will supposedly serve as a comforting remedy and reignite patriotism within us. Finally, she added, the efforts of our past heroes will not be in vain.
