Nollywood actor Ramsey Nouah has announced the launch of a new production company, BRS Studios, in collaboration with his manager, Chris Odeh, and director, Joy Odiete. This innovative venture brings together three prominent companies: Blue Pictures Distribution, Ramsey Films, and Sozo Films.

Blue Pictures is renowned as Nigeria’s leading film distribution company, with a mission to bring movies of all genres from various territories to the burgeoning African and global markets. Ramsey Films is an indigenous production company dedicated to creating high-quality content with innovative concepts for the global market. Sozo Films is known for its cutting-edge approach to film production and management.

According to Shockng, this collaboration, known as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) venture, is not a merger of the three companies. Instead, BRS Studios will function for special projects, which will be announced soon.
In a statement shared by the group, BRS Studios aims to elevate the filmmaking process by enhancing all components of the value chain. The company seeks to create new, innovative, and robust structures to ensure sustainability, while also inspiring Nollywood and African filmmaking to reach new heights.
