Netizens are set to protest after hearing that Chioma Okoli had a miscarriage due to the stress of her ongoing legal battle with Erisco Foods.

Chioma Okoli had been dragged to court multiple times after she posted a review on Facebook in 2023, claiming that the tomato paste she used was filled with sugar.
This review prompted the CEO of Erisco Foods, Eric Umeofia, to take immediate action, resulting in her arrest. Umeofia alleged that Okoli was sent by his enemies to tarnish his business reputation.

Since then, a long legal battle has ensued, with Erisco Foods charging Okoli with conspiracy and cyberstalking. During a recent court hearing, her lawyer revealed that she had unfortunately lost her pregnancy due to the strain of the case over the past few months.
Despite this revelation, Okoli was still remanded in jail pending the ruling on her bail application.
The news of Okoli’s miscarriage has sparked outrage among the public, with many expressing their support for her and condemning the actions of Erisco Foods.
