A tragic car crash involving Kumawood actor LilWin has claimed the life of a three-year-old boy named Nana Yaw.

The accident occurred on Saturday, May 25, at Amakom in Kumasi. Nana Yaw was in the front passenger seat of his father’s car when it collided with LilWin’s Mercedes Benz. Both vehicles were reportedly speeding at the time of the crash.
Nana Yaw was taken to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital but sadly died while receiving treatment. His father, Jacob Kofi Ampomah, is also at the hospital, being treated for a leg fracture.

LilWin, who was injured in the accident, was seen in a video being carried into another vehicle to get medical help. His car was severely damaged.
Despite his injuries, LilWin attended the premiere of his movie, “A Country Called Ghana,” on the same night. Videos from the event show him with bandages on his forehead and a plaster on his right hand.
In his speech at the premiere, LilWin acknowledged the support of local chiefs and other important figures who attended. He explained that their efforts made him determined to be present, despite advice to rest after the accident.
