Ahneeka, who made waves during her stint in the BBNaija house, recently shared her candid views on the Terms and Conditions podcast, asserting that no housemate truly “deserves” to win the coveted cash prize.

In her thought-provoking remarks, Ahneeka emphasized the absence of clear criteria or guidelines for determining a deserving winner in the BBNaija competition, contrasting it with talent shows where contestants are judged based on specific skills or performances.

“Hear it from me from here to the end of time, especially for Big Brother Nigeria; nobody deserves that money,” Ahneeka boldly stated, challenging the prevailing notion of meritocracy in the reality show.

Citing the lack of tangible achievements or accomplishments within the house as a basis for merit, Ahneeka questioned the arbitrary nature of declaring one housemate more deserving than another, highlighting the role of luck in determining the ultimate winner.

“When I say ‘deserve,’ I mean it in comparison to others in the house. That’s what I mean. All of you were in the house doing whatever you’re doing, so what is it that you’re doing that makes you so special that you think that you deserve that money and the other person does not? It’s all just luck, even for the winner, what did you do?” Ahneeka elaborated, dissecting the dynamics of deservingness within the BBNaija context.
