A former model, Crystal McKinney, has filed a lawsuit accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2003. The lawsuit, submitted at the federal district court in Manhattan, marks McKinney as the sixth individual to accuse the music mogul of sexual misconduct.

McKinney detailed the incident, stating that she met Diddy during a Men’s Fashion Week event at New York’s Cipriani Downtown. At the time, McKinney was 22 years old. She alleged that Diddy invited her to a location in New York City where he and several other men were using marijuana and drinking.

According to the lawsuit, McKinney accepted a drink offered by Diddy, only to later realize it had been laced with a “narcotic or other intoxicating substance.” Despite her insistence that she had enough to drink, McKinney claimed that Diddy pressured her to follow him to the restroom, where he demanded she continue smoking and drinking.

The situation escalated when, as McKinney described, Diddy allegedly pressed himself against her, kissed her, and forced her head down to his crotch, ordering her to perform oral sex. McKinney stated that Diddy “pushed my head down and forced oral sex.”

This lawsuit comes in the wake of other allegations against Diddy, including those made by his ex-girlfriend Cassie, who accused the rapper of rape, abuse, and human trafficking during their ten-year relationship. Cassie’s lawsuit, which brought significant media attention in November 2023, was settled out of court the same day it was filed.

McKinney’s lawsuit adds to the growing list of accusations against Diddy, raising serious questions about the conduct of the influential music producer.
