During an interview on the ‘Surviving Lagos’ podcast with Susan Pwajok, he disclosed that he believes he has found the right partner but chooses to keep their relationship private due to the industry’s tendency to pry into personal lives.
The show host, Susan Pwajok, playfully teased him by asking if he feared that his girlfriend might be stolen away once he revealed her face.

In a response, Olumide Oworu brushed off the notion, asserting that he is a secure individual and doesn’t believe anyone could take her away from him.
Read their conversation:
He said: “I feel like I have found the one [my soul mate].
“The industry that we are in would take a lot from you. So in the tug of war, I’m trying to hold on to something to myself.”
Susan asked: “Would you say you are scared of showing her face before some people would snatch her from you?”
Oworu stated: “No, I’m not scared. I dare people to try her. I am a very secured man.”
