Funke Akindele Partners With Lagos Government for New Movie

The Lagos State Government is teaming up with renowned Nollywood star, Funke Akindele, for an exciting project in the entertainment world.

Akindele recently met with the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Toke Benson Awoyinka, to discuss their collaboration.

She also mentioned substantial grants given to filmmakers, with a promise from Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to double the amount.

Akindele’s upcoming movies, “Finding Me” and “Everybody Loves Jenifa,” will be produced through her Funke Akindele Network (FAAN), adding anticipation to the already buzzing entertainment scene.
