During her lengthy testimony, Daniels described an encounter with Trump in 2006, which he denies. She clarified that she was neither coerced nor under the influence during the incident. Notably, the jury was shown evidence that inadvertently displayed Daniels’ current home address.
Brewster conveyed Daniels’ ongoing concerns about potential repercussions, especially since she resides in a place with less security than she would prefer.
Despite the intense scrutiny of her testimony and personal life by Trump’s defense team, Daniels remained composed. Brewster noted her resilience and authenticity, emphasizing her intelligence and quick thinking, particularly during the rigorous cross-examination.
When questioned about the significance of the trial’s outcome for Daniels, Brewster mentioned her empathetic nature but also acknowledged the personal harm she has suffered due to Trump’s public statements about her. He suggested that Daniels hopes for a just verdict from the jury.
