The Le Havre forward was among the many players nominated in various categories who attended Monday’s event.

Ayew was nominated for the Goal of the Season award for his amazing acrobatic effort against Lorient, but he did not win the category. Instead, Stade Brestois midfielder Kamori Doumbia took home the award.

Despite not winning, Ayew’s fashion sense and classy outfit caught the attention of fans. The 34-year-old sported a black-designed two-piece suit with a vest stylishly made to look like a gun sling attached to the collar.

Fans praised Ayew’s dress and fashion sense, with some taking to social media to express their admiration for his stylish outfit.

At the Ligue 1 Awards, Paris Saint-Germain emerged as the biggest winners, with several of their players taking home awards. Kylian Mbappe was named Player of the Year, while his teammate Gianluigi Donnarumma was adjudged Goalkeeper of the Year.

The Coach of the Year award went to Stade Brestois’ Eric Roy for leading his team to secure a place in Europe next season.

The Young Player of the Year award was won by PSG’s Warren-Zaire Emery, who has been a revelation in the French top flight this season. As for Ayew and Le Havre, they need at least a draw in their final game of the season against Marseille to avoid relegation.
