The online article, dated May 7, 2024, accused the Minister and his wife of involvement in ‘land grabbing’ with state security personnel’s assistance.
The publication revealed that the Minister and his wife were set to appear in court on May 9, 2024, for unlawfully entering and trespassing on a land in the Tse Addo residential area.
However, the Minister denied these allegations and requested a retraction and apology within a specified period, which the portal failed to adhere to.
