In a suit filed at the Weija Circuit Court by her lawyer, Richard Asare Baffour of Agyaa Asamani Law Consult, Agradaa alleges that Omane, who was assigned a property on Kasoa Road, Block Factory, as his official residence while serving as an assistant pastor, has unlawfully occupied the premises even after leaving the church.

The suit claims that despite repeated demands for Omane to vacate the property, he has failed or refused to do so. Agradaa, who has since engaged a new pastor, requires the property for the new pastor’s official residence.
The lawsuit seeks three main demands: an order for Omane to vacate the property, solicitor’s fees, and costs to be awarded against him.
The legal action reflects Agradaa’s determination to regain possession of her property and underscores the importance of legal recourse in resolving disputes.
