Videos shared on social media captured the scene, showing the plane, emblazoned with the logo of Transair, resting on the grass with one wing covered in fire-suppressing foam.

Emergency protocols were activated to evacuate passengers safely.

As a result of the incident, the airport was closed, and flights were suspended. However,  the airport  reopened within the next few hours.

This incident follows closely after another Boeing mishap involving a FedEx cargo plane that crash-landed on its nose the day before. Additionally, earlier this month, a Boeing 747 was filmed bouncing along the runway during landing.
