Adorye, who once actively campaigned against Mahama, now admits that the accusations he supported were false. He plans to publicly apologize on live television for his role in tarnishing Mahama’s reputation during the 2016 elections.

Adorye’s change of heart comes with a stark comparison between Mahama’s leadership and the current administration under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

He acknowledges that the criticisms leveled at Mahama were unjust, calling him an “angel” compared to the current state of affairs. Adorye emphasized the need to speak up when one realizes their actions have not achieved their intended purpose.

He further distances himself from illegal activities, denying involvement in illegal mining (galamsey) and land-grabbing, particularly in East Legon.

Adorye asserts his integrity and announces plans to establish the “Jail Them Advocacy Group,” aimed at prosecuting corrupt officials under the current government once there’s a change in power.

Adorye’s public apology and advocacy for accountability signal a significant shift in his stance, reflecting a desire for transparency and justice in Ghana’s political landscape.
