In response to the communities’ need for reliable means of covering ground within their areas, Agbesi generously provided two motorbikes to each constituency.

Representatives from Zabzugu, Chereponi, Gushegu, Bimbilla, Wulensi, Karaga, Yendi, Tatale, and Mion/Sang gathered in Yendi to receive the much-needed motorbikes.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of Yendi constituency, a community leader highlighted the crucial role motorbikes play in reaching remote polling centers and communities, citing their absence as a contributing factor to the NDC’s loss of northern seats in the 2020 elections.

Interacting with constituency leaders, Agbesi emphasized his commitment to aiding the NDC in reclaiming lost seats from the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He urged vigilance in protecting votes from potential interference during elections, emphasizing the importance of securing a victory for John Mahama.

A total of 18 motorbikes were distributed across the nine constituencies, arriving ahead of the Electoral Commission’s upcoming Limited Voter Registration exercise scheduled for May 7, 2024.

Agbesi assured that this donation marks only the beginning of several interventions planned as the NDC prepares for the December 2024 general elections.
