Jnr Pope: Sound Engineer’s Remains Found and to be Returned Home for Proper Burial

The remains of the late sound engineer, Precious Ofurum, have been exhumed and are set to be transported back to his hometown for a proper burial.

This comes after Ofurum passed away in a boat accident along with actor Junior Pope.

A few weeks ago, the tragic news of the boat accident at Anam River in Anambra state, which claimed the lives of Junior Pope and some of his crew members, spread across social media, sparking a range of emotional reactions and further developments.

Initially, it was insisted that the bodies of the deceased be buried along the riverbanks. However, the body of Precious Ofurum, who was initially laid to rest there, has now been exhumed.

A video shared online shows the process of exhuming Ofurum’s remains, with individuals carefully removing his body from the ground and placing it in a coffin.

The coffin is then being transported to his hometown, where he will receive a befitting burial.
