According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, Garcia claims that he was trapped inside a moving vehicle with Megan Thee Stallion and witnessed her engaging in sexual activity with another woman while on a trip to Ibiza, Spain.
Following the alleged incident, Garcia alleges that he was warned not to discuss what he saw and subsequently faced harassment, fat-shaming, and differential treatment from Megan Thee Stallion.
The lawsuit describes the harassment as severe and pervasive, creating a hostile work environment for Garcia.

In response to the lawsuit, Megan Thee Stallion’s attorney, Alex Spiro, characterized the claim as solely motivated by monetary gain, stating that there were no sexual harassment allegations filed.
Roc Nation, Megan Thee Stallion’s management, did not respond to requests for comment.
Garcia began working for Megan Thee Stallion in 2018 and claims that his compensation structure was changed following the Ibiza trip, leading to a decrease in bookings and a shift to a pay-per-task system.
He alleges that Megan Thee Stallion’s behavior caused him emotional distress and financial loss.
The lawsuit seeks unpaid wages, overtime pay, employee benefits, and statutory penalties according to California labor laws. Garcia is also seeking punitive damages and attorney’s fees.
