A video of the renowned gospel vocalist, Mercy Chinwo, traveling on a boat without a lifejacket has sparked controversy.

This follows the concern raised by the tragic death of the well-known film actor, Junior Pope, who passed away in a boating incident a few weeks ago.
She was seen seated on the boat, evidently without any safety flotation device to utilize in the event of an unexpected incident.
In the viral footage, Chinwo was observed expressing dissatisfaction with the journey in a manner that amused those who were on board the vessel.
Nevertheless, internet users have requested that she wear a life jacket when undertaking such journeys.
