Kanye West Named Suspect in Battery Case after Allegedly Punching Man who Grabbed Bianca Censori in LA

Rapper Kanye West finds himself in the spotlight once again, this time for an altercation in Los Angeles. The incident occurred when an unnamed man allegedly inappropriately grabbed West’s wife, Bianca Censori.

In response, West reportedly punched the man, as detailed in a battery report obtained by TMZ. The man did not require medical treatment for injuries but filed a battery report with the Los Angeles Police Department following the incident on Tuesday night, April 16. West and Censori left the scene.

Now, West is under investigation by the LAPD regarding the battery case. However, no formal charges have been announced against either West or the man who claims to have been punched.

In a surprising twist, West’s team contends that the situation was more severe than a mere push. According to them, Bianca was sexually assaulted by the random man.

Their description paints a disturbing picture: the assailant allegedly put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, grabbed her waist, spun her around, and even blew her kisses. They assert that she was both battered and sexually assaulted.

The controversial couple has been married since December 2022. The incident occurred just hours after Censori, the 29-year-old Australian model, was seen walking barefoot in Disneyland California alongside her husband, Kanye West.

Despite her more covered appearance, her bandaged feet and ankles raised eyebrows.  Critics have questioned how she was allowed to enter the park, given Disneyland’s strict rules on appropriate attire. According to the park’s Guest Courtesy and Attire Policies, proper clothing, including shoes, must be worn at all times.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Kanye West has faced battery charges. Back in 2022, he was sued for assault, battery, and negligence after allegedly punching an autograph seeker. However, due to insufficient evidence, he was not formally charged.

Authorities are currently investigating the claims surrounding this battery case, adding another layer to Kanye West’s complex legal history.
