The UG-SRC (Skill-UP for Jobs™) Bootcamp initiative is a hands-on learning and exposure program crafted to educate, motivate, and empower 1000 students per group with skills for generating employment opportunities. It’s structured as a weekend workshop spanning a month, with face-to-face practical sessions and online soft skills workshops tailored to enhance employability in specific fields.

Participants are guided to apply and demonstrate the skills they’ve gained through micro-projects at the conclusion of the training, presenting prototypes or proof of concepts. Industry experts have been recruited to mentor the participants on their micro-projects.
The bootcamp training program will culminate in a Skills for Job Conference and Exhibition, providing students with the chance to engage with industry experts and ask questions about the skills required for present and future jobs. This event aims to inspire students to value firsthand skills training experiences.
