Hutchison alleges she was pressured to continue filming an orgy scene after her co-star overdosed. Despite her efforts in saving the co-star’s life, she claims she faced a smear campaign and financial repercussions.
In her lawsuit, Hutchison states that she was forcibly restrained by Danny Martin and coerced into performing sexual acts against her will.
She also accuses Martin of attempting to manipulate the situation and downplay the severity of the incident. As a result of the trauma, Hutchison has experienced significant emotional distress and financial losses.

Hutchison’s legal team asserts that Aylo, as a major player in the adult entertainment industry, holds significant power over performers, making it difficult for individuals like Hutchison to seek justice.
The lawsuit seeks $80 million in damages, alleging a pattern of abuse and intimidation within the industry.
This case highlights the need for greater accountability and regulation within the adult entertainment industry to protect performers from exploitation and ensure their safety and well-being on set.
