Former Asante Kotoko striker Solomon Sarfo Taylor has been handed a three-year ban by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Disciplinary Committee for falsifying registration documents.

The verdict was announced via the GFA’s social media platforms on Monday, April 15, 2024. According to the ruling, Taylor is prohibited from participating in any competition organized by the Ghana Football Association for the next three years.

In addition to the ban, Taylor’s player license has been revoked due to the falsification of registration documents.
“The disciplinary committee found him guilty of falsifying his registration documents. As a result, Solomon Sarfo Taylor’s player license has accordingly been revoked,” the notice from the Ghana FA stated.
