Ghanaian artist, musician, actor, and comedian, Kwadwo Nkansah, commonly known as Lil Win, has vehemently criticized individuals who have been critical of his upcoming movie, “A Country Called Ghana.”

This comes after a video surfaced of YouTuber Kwadwo Sheldon and his panelists condemning the movie even before its release.
In the video, Kwadwo Sheldon and his panelists appear to have concerns about the production quality based on the trailer shared by the actor on social media.
Per their view, Lil Win and his team could improve the quality, especially considering the substantial investment made to include Nigerian actors and others on the movie set.
Lil Win doesn’t see eye to eye with some of the comments about the movie, dismissing the notion that only villagers would criticize it.

To Lilwin, they should have congratulated his effort rather than condemned the movie outrightly.

In a video, the “Ladder” hitmaker expressed his frustration, stating that it’s unreasonable for someone to compare movies produced in the studios of America to those made in rural villages and other settings in Ghana.
“You can’t compare movies made in America to what we do here in Ghana. They shoot movies in a studio in America while we shoot at locations and mostly village settings. I’ve had MPs and Ministers encouraging me that we can do better with time but these people sit there and trash-talk my efforts. You’re a villager if you speak against the effort I have put in the work,” he stated.
