Funke Akindele Shares DM Exchange with Late Jumoke’s Brother, Offers Prayers Against Enemies

Nollywood filmmaker Olufunke Ayotunde Akindele, widely recognized as Funke Akindele, has posted a screenshot of a direct message she sent to the brother of late actress, Jumoke Aderounmu, following her passing.

This development occurred just hours after Funke Akindele addressed online trolls who maliciously wished harm upon her children during a live Instagram session. She vehemently refuted the accusations leveled against her in connection with the late actress.

She also disclosed that upon seeing the post made by Jumoke’s brother, she reached out to him, explaining that she had been unaware of Jumoke’s illness. However, he did not reply to her message.

To support her statement, she shared a screenshot of the message she sent to him, expressing her heartfelt condolences as evidence.

In a separate post, she offered fervent prayers for the exposure and disgrace of all enemies disguising themselves as her friends.

Funke Akindele wrote “May every enemy masquerading as a friend be EXPOSED!! DISGRACED!! DESTROYED!! In Jesus name. Their negative words shall return to them in Jesus name!!!”
