In a cease-and-desist letter from Conrad Law Advocates, Davido’s lawyers criticized the publication and demanded a full apology.

The lawyers stated, “The claims in your article are completely untrue and were published with the clear intention of damaging our client.”

They added, “Your false statements have harmed our client’s professional reputation by falsely claiming that Davido was arrested for drug-related crimes.”

Davido’s legal team has warned that they will initiate a lawsuit within 48 hours if their demands are not met.
