Previously, Carter Efe cited Young Duu’s behavior and eagerness for financial gain as reasons for discontinuing promotion of their collaborative track.
In response, Young Duu has alleged that Carter Efe failed to fulfill his promise of sharing proceeds from the song. He claimed that Carter Efe initially agreed to give him 30% of the earnings, equivalent to 30 million naira.

However, Young Duu asserted that he received only a fraction of the promised amount, a mere 500,000 naira.
The ongoing dispute between the two artists sheds light on the complexities of collaborations in the music industry, highlighting the importance of transparency and integrity in financial agreements.
While Carter Efe rose to prominence in 2022 with his hit song “Machala,” featuring Berri Tiga, this controversy threatens to tarnish his reputation in the industry.
